Quinceañera FormationIf your daughter is preparing for a Quinceañera at St. Mary of the Assumption or Our Lady of Guadalupe in the near future, she is required to participate in our Quinceañera Formation class. This consists of 8-10 weeks of weekly meetings led by trained adult mentors, using the book "Created For God" by Endow, and culminates in a special parent-daughter retreat before the Quinceañera (either group or individual) is celebrated.
Please contact the church office to schedule your Quinceañera celebration.

Quinceañera Formation
What? Weekly formation course using Endow's program "Created For God" to prepare for the Quinceañera blessing.
Why? If you'd like to schedule a Quinceañera at St. Mary's or Our Lady of Guadalupe, one of these formation sessions is required as you prepare.
Who? Any 8th or 9th grade girl who is 14 or 15 and desires to receive her Quinceañera and/or learn more about it.
How? Register for our upcoming Formation Program below.

Curriculum from EndowThis beautiful program from Endow Ministries involves 8-10 weekly meetings featuring 8 lessons on the meaning and purpose of the Quinceañera and Church teachings on the nature and dignity of femininity, culminating in a celebratory retreat day before a schedule Quinceañera celebration (group or individual).

Family Info Session - March 28thRegistration for our Spring Session is now open.
Our Formation Program is for young ladies, ages 14–15, who are any of the following:
-Preparing for a Quinceañera celebration
-Interested in learning the history and faith traditions of the Quinceañera
-Not having a celebration, but desiring a special blessing.
Sessions will take place Saturdays from 9:30-11:30 AM in the convent, beginning April 11th.

SchedulingTo reserve a Quinceañera at St. Mary of the Assumption, please complete and submit this form. You must fill out this form and upload all required documents. Once all forms and requirements have been submitted, our office will review them, and you will be contacted directly.
Submitting this form does NOT reserve your celebration date. Your date will only be confirmed once all requirements have been reviewed and approved.
